Little Thoughts Return Policies exist to protect our customers in two ways:
- It insures the integrity of our products and merchandise
- It guards against abuses that could otherwise increase prices
Returns which do not meet the following conditions will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
Defective Merchandise
- Returns will be accepted if it is within the policy stated and the item is confirmed defective.
- Merchandise, packaging and inner packing must bear no markings or be defaced or damaged.
- Broken inner packs are not returnable.
- Defective returns must be shipped prepaid. Please insure return shipments.
- Accepted return will be replaced or credited as you request.
- Little Thoughts pays the cost of shipping exact replacement merchandise to you. Shipment will be insured.
- Seasonal items (Christmas sale and Easter sale items) are non-returnable.
Manufacturers' Warranties
- Many items are guaranteed by the manufacturer for periods of up to one (1) year. All products specify warranty with the
the product. If such items become defective while in use the item should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement
as specified in the manufacturers' warranty.
Damaged Merchandise
- Damaged mechandise is not defective merchandise. For damaged merchandise:
- All shipments are fully insured with the carrier.
- If damaged merchandise is discovered place a claim immediately with the carrier. Delay in filing a claim with the carrier
could void the insurance.
Time Limit
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days from date of shipment. Requests received after 30 days will not be honored.
