Order Information
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Every order will be shipped within 24-48hrs after it is received.
Depending on where you are located in the U.S. please allow 4-10 business days.
We will put forth every effort possible by the use of alternative shipping methods
to insure that our customers receive orders in time for the Holidays on any orders
placed after the Dec. 7th deadline.
- What are your return policies?
- Please refer to the return policies and information page on our website.
- What are the payment options?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We can accept checks or money orders via mail only.
Payments by mail must be received before order is processed. We are not at the present time able to accept credit accounts.
- What if I receive an item that is damaged or defective?
- For damaged merchandise all shipments are fully insured. Please place a claim
immediately with the carrier if merchandise is discovered damaged.
For defective merchandise please read our merchandise return policy on our
website or on the back of your invoice.
- How will I know if my order has been shipped?
- Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation number
After the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be available in the customer information area of this site
- Are there other shipping methods available?
- Yes, There are alternative shipping methods available depending on how soon you need the merchandise to arrive.

- Can I have merchandise shipped to someone else?
- Yes, We can drop ship to anyone in the continental U.S.
Please note: Alaska & Hawaii shipments may take longer.
- Can I order by telephone?
- Yes, We will be happy to assist you if you would like to place an order by phone or mail.

- Do you offer free shipping?
- There are times in which we may offer free standard shipping or free upgrades to shipping. However, these specials will not
be announced until they occur. Please check back periodically as we are updating our specials daily.
- What if I order the wrong item?
- We understand that there will be mistakes. Simply contact us and we will be glad to assist you in obtaining the correct item.

- Yes, We have a 250 page full color catalog that is available to our customers.
- How long have you been in business?
- We are a relatively new business on the Internet, but we have been conducting
business for almost 2 years. Our suppliers have been conducting business for
over 50 years.
- Does your merchandise come with any guarantees or warranties?
- Yes, all of our merchandise is guaranteed and is covered by a manufacture's warranty.

- How often will you have new merchandise?
- We will receive a shipment of new items once a month.
- What if the item I want is not in stock?
- You may request that we send you an email when an item arrives in stock. We currently do not accept backorders.
- When can I contact you?
- Please feel free to contact us anytime 24hrs a day, 7 days a week with any questions, comments or concerns.

- How do I know that my credit card information is secure?
- We have taken every precaution to insure the safe communication of your credit card with our processing service. We will never ask you for
a credit card number unless you are connected to our secure site. This site is secured with a secure server certificate.
This certificate allows us to encrypt all of the information you provide us so that it may not be intercepted by anyone but us.
- In what way is my credit card information handled?
- Once you submit your credit information, we verify that the funds are available. Once your charge is approved, we receive a unique reference
number that identifies the transaction. This number is all that we store so that we may access that transaction and credit or debit your card as the
need arises. We do not keep your credit card number on file. It is stored with our processing service and they retain it for their records.
- Who handles the credit card information?
- All of our credit card processing is handled by Verisign Payment Services.
They process the credit card and then provide us with a unique number so that we may reference that transaction should the need arise.
- Is any information about me or my credit card transferred or sold to other parties?
- Absolutely not. We are here to provided a service to our customers of quality products and support. We do not believe in trying to make a quick
buck by selling our customers information to any other party.
As far as the credit card information is concerned, the only parties that will have access to it are our processing service and our bank. In fact because
our shopping service is automated, we do not even get a record of your credit card information. All that we receive is a reference code so that we may process
the transaction.
